TOKYO - Tokyo and Washington have a secret agreement that allows a tacit U.S. military bring nuclear weapons into Japan.
It is disclosed Ryohei Murata, a former deputy foreign minister ministries of Japan, to Yoimuri Shimbun daily, the dilansir today, Tuesday (30/6/2009). Murata occupied the position from July 1987 to August 1989.
